		<description>Not really applicable.  A language recognition engine could be written in NTLK assuming one had a large enough data set to declare baseline.  We don&#039;t have the language expertise for every language involved to create that.  Presumably Google has invested the time and effort into these languages.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Perhaps using dictionaries provided via the Gnome Translation Project could be used to do enough word detection (&lt;a href=&quot;http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/&lt;/a&gt;)</description>
